Villa Cens in the Belgium Ardennes

This almost new house stands in Cens, a very little quiet village 13 km south of La Roche-en-Ardenne, 17 km west of Houffalize and 19 km northwest of Bastogne. It is a spacious residence with spacious rooms and a very child friendly garden with trampoline, swings and a slide. The house has a large cozy living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and 4 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. It’s an ideal place for family reunions with grandparents and the grandchildren.

The cottage has a particular view of a very old church whose origin probably dates from around 1500. More facts about Cens can be found here.

– Activities
Near Cens are many well marked hiking and mountain bike trails. Swimming is possible in the river Ourthe near Maboge. Maboge has a nice beach with playground for the kids. Likewise, you can go fishing or you can go to a Pecherie in Amberloup. The nearest golf course, Five Nations, in Durbuy, about 35 km away. You may visit a castle, which is possible in La Roche or Bouillon, or you may rent mountain bikes or canoes at La Roche. Lots of activity to enjoy.
